1. General Terms and Conditions

1.1 The Terms and Conditions stipulated below are effective as of 07.09.2023. Before using the website, please read Terms and Conditions carefully. The fact of using the website confirms your consent with the Terms and Conditions.

2. Changes of Terms and Conditions

2.1 Current Terms and Conditions may be changed by the Company when such need occurs. The Company will notify the players of any significant changes, where possible. However, please visit the Terms and Conditions page regularly to check for possible changes.

3. Who Can Play

3.1 Users from the following countries and their territories (“the Restricted Countries”) are not allowed to deposit and play real money games: USA, Israel, British Virgin Islands, Philippines, Antilles, Afghanistan, Albania, Algeria, Angola, Australia, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Barbados, Burkina faso, Cambodia, Cameroon, Canada, Cayman Islands, Croatia, China, Congo, Gibraltar, Ecuador, France, Jamaica, Jordan, Haiti, Mali, Mozambique, Nigeria, Panama, Guyana, Hong Kong, Spain, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Kuwait, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Namibia, Lithuania, North Korea, travel, Papua -New Guinea, Philippines, Qatar, Russia, Singapore, Senegal, South Africa, South Korea, Sudan, Syria, Taiwan, Tanzania, Thailand, Tunisia, Uganda, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Vietnam, Yemen, Sweden.

3.2 The website only accepts adult players (the minimal age is 18) and players who have reached the age specified by the jurisdiction of player’s place of residence as eligible for online gaming. It is the player’s sole responsibility to inquire about the existing laws and regulations of the given jurisdiction regarding the age limitation for online gambling. The Company reserves the right to ask for the proof of age from the player and limit access to the website or suspend the player’s account to those players who fail to meet this requirement.

4. Accepted Currencies

4.1. The website allows playing for EUR/GBP/TRY.

4.2. Minimum deposit amount is 20 EUR/GBP/TRY.

5. Fees and Taxes

5.1 The player is fully responsible for paying all fees and taxes applied to their winnings according to the laws of the jurisdiction of the player’s residence. If a user made a deposit and does not place any bets, we reserve the right to cover our fees in case the user withdraws.

6. GAME RULES

6.1 The player confirms that he/she knows and understands the rules of games offered by the website. It is at player’s discretion to know the payout percentage of each game.

7. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITIES 

7.1 The player is aware of the fact that gambling at the website may lead to losing money. The Company is not liable for any possible financial damage arising from the use of the website.

7.2 The Company is taking effective measures to protect player’s private data from any unauthorized use and is only making it available to parties involved in providing gambling services through the website. Notwithstanding this, the Company is not responsible for how the information is further treated by third parties, for example third party software providers or affiliates. Treatment of player’s private data by such parties is subject to terms and conditions of these parties, if any.

7.3 The Company is not liable for any hardware or software, defects, unstable or lost Internet connections, or any other technical errors that may limit player’s access to the website or prevent player from an uninterrupted play.

8. Use of Player’s Account

8.1 Each player can create only one personal user account. Creating multiple user accounts by a player can lead to termination of the accounts and suspending of all payouts. The player shall not provide access to their user account or allow using the website to any third party including but not limited to minors. The website can only be used for personal purposes and shall not be used for any type of commercial profit.

8.2  The player confirms that he/she is not using VPN (Virtual Private Network).

8.3 The casino reserves the right to confiscate funds and/or suspend access to the account in case of detecting an overlap of IP addresses between two or more accounts.

8.4 Decisions made by the casino administration regarding IP address overlap are final and not subject to appeal.

8.5 Players are required to provide the casino with all requested documents within the specified timeframes. Such documents may include, but are not limited to, passport details, identification cards, documents confirming place of residence, as well as statements confirming the source of funds.

8.6. In the event of a player's refusal to provide the requested documents or if inconsistencies are found between the provided documents and reality, the casino reserves the right to close the player's account and confiscate funds from the account.

8.7. Players take responsibility for the accuracy of the documents provided and agree that the casino has the right to verify their authenticity at any time.

8.8. The decision to close the account and confiscate funds in the event of discrepancies is final and not subject to appeal.

9. ANTI-FRAUD POLICY

9.1. The Casino reserves the right to check your identity prior to processing payouts and to hold any refund or withdrawals for the time needed to check your identity.In case you provide false or incomplete Personal Data, the withdrawal can be refused and the Player Account terminated, of which you will be informed by email. The Casino may be required to report the player's actions to the applicable regulatory bodies.

9.2. The Company has strict anti-fraud policy. If the player is suspected of fraudulent actions including but not limited to:

  • participating in any type of collusion with other players
  • development and use of strategies aimed at unfaithful winnings
  • fraudulent actions against other online casinos or payment providers
  • charge back transactions with a credit card or denial of some payments made,
  • other types of cheating
  • providing of forged documents
  • creating two or more accounts
  • or is known to have gone bankrupt in the country of his residence, the Company reserves the right to terminate such a Player Account and suspend and/or cancel all payouts to the player. This decision is at the sole discretion of the Company and the Player will not be notified or informed about the reasons of such actions. The Company also reserves the right and may be obliged to inform applicable regulatory bodies of the fraudulent actions performed by the player.

9.3 The Casino reserves the right to close the Player’s Member Account and to refund to the Player the Account balance, subject to the deduction of relevant withdrawal charges, at Casino’s absolute discretion and without any obligation to state a reason or give prior notice.

9.4 The Casino has zero tolerance to advantage play. Any player who will try to gain advantage of casino welcome offers or other promotions agrees that the Company reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings from such bonuses, for the reasons of:

  • use of stolen cards;
  • chargebacks;
  • creating more than one account in order to get advantage from casino promotions;
  • providing incorrect registration data;
  • providing of forged documents;
  • any other actions which may damage the Casino;
  • low risk roulette play where the player betting equal stakes for both black/red or even/odd covering 25 or more out of 37 numbers on the table. (Placing bets on black/red only covers 36 of 37 possible numbers).

9.4 The Casino reserves the right to retain payments, if suspicion or evidence exists of manipulation of the casino system. Criminal charges will be brought against any user or any other person(s), who has/have manipulated the casino system or attempted to do so. The Casino reserves the right to terminate and/or change any games or events being offered on the Website.

9.5 Should the user become aware of possible errors or incompleteness in the software, he/she agrees to refrain from taking advantage of them. Moreover, the user agrees to report any error or incompleteness immediately to the Casino. Should the user fail to fulfil the obligations stated in this clause, the Casino has a right to full compensation for all costs related to the error or incompleteness, including any costs incurred in association with the respective error/incompleteness and the failed notification by the user. 

9.6 To prevent any fraudulent activities concerning bitcoin transactions we lay down the following rule: In case the transaction is marked as replaceable - Opt-in Replace-by-Fee (RBF) the casino reserves the right to close such accounts immediately and withhold any wins.

9.7 If a player requested a withdrawal of the funds, but the sum of made bets since last deposit is less than 3x (three) times the size of that deposit, the Casino reserves the right to charge the player the costs of transaction processing, including deposits and withdrawals. This decision is at the sole discretion of the Casino management.

9.8 In order to verify player`s account casino management require documents (ID, payment systems, utility bills еtc) in Latin or Cyrillic alphabet. In case player doesn’t have an opportunity to provide documents in above-mentioned alphabets casino reserves the right to demand video verification where player shows his/her documents.

9.9 The casino is not a financial institution and thus should not be treated as such. Your account will not bear any interests and no conversion or exchange services (including fiat-crypto exchange) will be offered at any time.

10. DEPOSITING

10.1 Please, contact our support team at [email protected] to inquire about the payment methods which are most favorable for your country of residence.

10.2 Minimum deposit amount is 20 EUR/GBP/TRY. Please, do NOT attempt to deposit below the mentioned amounts.

10.3 The Company does not accept third party payments. You must make deposits only from payment methods that are registered in your own name. If we determine during the security checks that you have violated this condition, your winnings will be confiscated and the original deposit will be returned to the owner of the payment account. The Company is not responsible for the lost funds deposited from third party accounts.

11. WITHDRAWAL POLICY

11.1 The minimal withdrawal amount from the gaming account is 20 EUR/GBP, 50 TRY. The maximum amount for withdrawal available depends on the chosen payment method, and will appear when choosing the payment method.

11.2 If a player requested a withdrawal of the funds, but the sum of made bets since last deposit is less than 3x (three) times the size of that deposit, the Casino reserves the right to charge the player the costs of transaction processing, including deposits and withdrawals. This decision is at the sole discretion of the Casino management.

11.3 The Casino reserves the right to check your identity prior to processing payouts and to hold any refund or withdrawals for the time needed to check your identity. 11.4 The weekly withdrawal limit is 5,000 EUR/GBP since the last successful cashout. The monthly limit is 20,000 EUR/GBP. The monthly limit is reset every first day of the month. Exceptions can be made for the most active and devoted players.

11.5 Please note that even for supported countries the Casino is not able to guarantee successful payment processing in all cases

11.6 If the player's total bet amount is less than 5,000 EUR/GBP, 180,000 TRY per week and 20,000 EUR/GBP, 720,000 TRY per month, the Casino reserves the right to reduce the withdrawal limits to 1,000 EUR/GBP, 35,000 TRY per week and 5,000 EUR/GBP, 180,000 TRY per month.

12. DORMANT ACCOUNTS

12.1 If the player’s account stays inactive during 90 days (the account holder performs no deposits, bets or withdrawals), it is considered a Dormant Account. The casino reserves the right to terminate such account and withhold any cash available on the account balance. If the player decides to re-activate his Dormant Account, they shall contact casino support team.

13. DETECTION OF GAMBLING ADDICTION

13.1 The casino conducts screening for signs of gambling addiction among players in accordance with internal rules and policies developed to ensure responsible gaming. 

13.2 In the event of detecting signs of gambling addiction, the casino reserves the right to close the account and suspend access to gaming services to prevent the deepening of the problem and protect the interests of the player.

13.3. Signs of gambling addiction may include, but are not limited to, excessive time spent in the casino, frequent and large deposits without reasonable control, and frequent requests to increase limits.
